سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «مقام : تعلم الموسيقى الشرقية»
نحن مطوّرو تطبيق «مقام : تعلم الموسيقى الشرقية» (المتوفّر على Google Play باسم net.oapp.emusic) نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يتعامل معه التطبيق من معلومات.
١. المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق
لا يجمع التطبيق أيّ بيانات شخصية منك: لا حسابات، لا تسجيل دخول، ولا أسماء أو عناوين بريد أو أرقام هواتف.
- المفضّلة والبحث: تُحفظ قوائم المفضّلة والإعدادات محليًا على جهازك فقط ( عبر تفضيلات النظام)، ولا تُرسل إلى أي خادم.
- الإعلانات: يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. يستخدم مزوّد الإعلانات مُعرِّف الإعلانات على جهازك وبيانات تقنية محدودة (مثل نموذج الجهاز ونظام التشغيل) لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، وفقًا لـسياسات ملفات تعريف الارتباط والإعلانات لدى Google. يمكنك إعادة ضبط مُعرِّف الإعلان أو إلغاء تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك (الخصوصية ← الإعلانات).
- المحتوى: دروس المقامات والإيقاعات والرسوم مُضمّنة داخل التطبيق وتعمل دون إنترنت. بعض المقاطع الصوتية المثالية يُعاد بثّها من مصادرها العامة على الشبكة (مثل موقع MaqamWorld) لأغراض التعليم مع نسب المصادر؛ لا يرسل التطبيق إليها أي بيانات شخصية.
٢. الأذونات
يطلب التطبيق الحد الأدنى من الأذونات: الاتصال بالإنترنت لعرض الإعلانات وبثّ الأمثلة الصوتية فقط. لا يصل التطبيق إلى جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو ملفاتك أو موقعك.
٣. الأطفال
التطبيق تعليمي موسيقي موجّه لعامة المستخدمين ولم يُوجَّه خصيصًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال.
٤. مشاركة البيانات
لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث، لعدم جمعنا لها أصلًا. تُعالج بيانات الإعلانات من قِبل Google وفق سياساتها.
٥. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تحديثات التطبيق، وسننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة نفسها.

Privacy Policy — Maqam: Learn Eastern Music
This policy explains how “Maqam : Learn Eastern Music” (Google Play package net.oapp.emusic) handles information.
1. Information the app collects
The app collects no personal data: no accounts, no sign-up, no names, emails, or phone numbers.
- Favourites & settings: saved locally on your device only and never sent to a server.
- Ads: the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may use your device’s advertising ID and limited technical data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google’s Advertising & Cookies policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalisation in your device’s privacy settings.
- Content: lessons, diagrams and notation are bundled in the app and work offline. A few example audio tracks are streamed from their public sources on the web (such as MaqamWorld) for educational purposes with attribution; the app sends those services no personal data.
2. Permissions
The app requests the minimum it needs: Internet access, solely for ads and streaming example audio. It does not access your contacts, photos, files, or location.
3. Children
The app is a general-audience music-education app; it is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
4. Sharing
We share no personal data with third parties because none is collected. Ad data is processed by Google under its own policies.
5. Changes
We may update this policy with app updates; changes are published on this page.
